iSDC Solutions is the operating name of 8231800 Canada Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian private firm established on June 12, 2012.
Our team brings extensive experience designing, developing and delivering training and professional development programs across Canada, with particular expertise in cultural diversity, human resources, Northern development, occupational health and safety, and capacity building.
We work with governments, employers, organizations and communities to provide practical, responsive solutions—from individual training and curriculum projects to complex, multi-year program delivery.
Helen Roos
President & Project Lead
Helen provides strategic leadership, project development and oversight for iSDC Solutions. Her experience spans training and curriculum development, cultural diversity, human resources, Northern development, capacity building and the management of complex learning initiatives. As Project Lead, Helen works directly with clients and project teams from initial needs assessment and program design through development, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
Dakota Roos-Adams
Director, Operations & Lead Instructor
Dakota leads the operational and training delivery functions of iSDC Solutions, coordinating instructors, training logistics, equipment, participant requirements and on-the-ground program delivery. As Lead Instructor, he has extensive experience delivering training in Northern and remote environments, with a particular focus on occupational health and safety, Workplace Standard First Aid, CPR/AED and practical workplace training.
